Wooden family house in Němčice nearby Kolín

In the village of Němčice near Kolín EKOPANELY SERVIS s.r.o. started constructing a single-storey family turnkey house in April following individual plans designed by Ekopanely. The built area of the house, including the garage, is 165m2. After discussing the heating system with investors we decided to use floor electric heating mats laid in anhydrite. The building work is expected to be completed in October 2014.
