Single-storey house with an attic in Mnichovice near Prague

In the village of Mnichovice near Prague started in Septeber 2015 the construction of one-storey house with an attic using the system Ekopanel. Company EKOPANELY SERVICE Ltd. supplies with a construction work in the construction phase “prior to completion” according to investor´s own documentation. Building area of the house is 93.3m2. The investor built up the fundamentals in a DIY way. Projected construction is based on an architectural study of a house with a gable roof located close to the forest. The main living areas are are designed with a glass and galleries. Until the end of the year it is necessary to close up the building construction, so nterior works can be finished within the winter period. This house will be completed in the second half of 2016.
